Why and to whom do you recommend Braunemon?

Oxidative stress is a disrupted dynamic balance between the formation of reactive oxygen species and antioxidant protection. Is Braunemon also allowed for pregnant women?

Braunemon contains nutrients (beta carotene, riboflavin, pantothenic acid, vitamin E, vitamin C) in amounts that are safe even with long-term, lifelong use.

They are also safe in these quantities during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Despite the fact that the product is safe for use during breastfeeding and pregnancy, we do not specifically mention / recommend its use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, as in the case of simultaneous use of multivitamins and other dietary supplements, it is necessary to consider that vitamin intake from supplements and Braunemon add up. So Braunemon itself is safe, and in case of simultaneous use of other products with these vitamins, consult a pharmacist or doctor.

Why should I use Braunemon even though I will only be exposed to the sun in the morning and evening?

UVB radiation is more intense in the middle of the day, while the intensity of UVA radiation is unchanged throughout the day. As a result, the amount of UVA radiation that reaches your skin in the middle of the day does not deviate much from the amount received in the morning or evening when the sun is lower on the horizon as the Earth’s UVA atmosphere hardly filters. Although the effects are invisible or. burns do not occur, but skin damage is caused by exposure to less intense sunlight.

UVB radiation causes sunburn, while UVA penetrates deeper into the skin and causes even more damage than UVB radiation. In addition to DNA damage, UVA radiation also causes damage to other skin structures, such as collagen and elastin, which can lead to the harmful effects of sunlight, including skin aging without direct signs of sunburn.

Is it recommended to use sunscreen if I use Braunemon®?

Of course. UV radiation is still harmful to your skin despite the use of Braunemon®. It is important to avoid too much sun exposure. Repeated exposure of unprotected skin to ultraviolet radiation may increase the risk of skin aging, skin cancers and other harmful skin conditions, despite the absence of sunburn. Braunemon® is NOT intended as a replacement for sunscreen creams but as an additional protection and skin care from within.

Is Braunemon® safe to use?

Of course, Braunemon® is a completely safe dietary supplement. Braunemon® is made in accordance with good manufacturing practice (DPP) and good hygiene practice (DHP) in a certified manufacturing plant.

Can I sunbathe using Braunemon® without sunburn?

It depends on the sensitivity of each individual’s skin. Braunemon is designed to help the body defend itself against UV radiation and is NOT intended as a defense against sunburn if you are exposed to the sun for too long. It is recommended to share creams with protective factors.

Can I get sunburns even though I enjoy Braunemon®?Definitely. Anyone who is in the sun long enough will eventually suffer from sunburn. Braunemon is NOT intended to protect against sunburn, regardless of the time of sunbathing, but to help the body’s natural defenses against solar radiation and thus alleviate the damage caused by sun exposure.

Braunemon® is a nutritional supplement intended for a healthy adult individual, regardless of skin type.

Is Braunemon® suitable for smokers?

Due to the high content of beta-carotene, it is worth reminding consumers of the proven link between beta-carotene consumption and regular smoking, and thus an increased incidence of lung cancer. That is why the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) has set a safe limit for the intake of carotenoids (including beta-carotene) for the general population as well as for heavy smokers, which is 15 mg per day. Because Braunemon® contains 12 mg of beta-carotene in the recommended daily dose, and generally the average individual consumes 2-3 mg of beta-carotene with food, it can be confirmed that Braunemon does not pose a risk to human health as well as heavy smokers.

My skin is dark, do I need Braunemon®?

Melanin is a pigment that protects our skin from damage due to solar radiation. The darker the skin, the more melanin it contains and the better the sun protection, as melanin has the ability to convert the energy of UV radiation into heat. So more melanin in the skin means less harmful UV radiation penetrates deep layers of the skin, which can cause skin damage. However, even large amounts of melanin cannot prevent the consequences of possible UV radiation and thus skin damage. Therefore, it is recommended to use Braunemon® to protect the skin even for people with very dark skin.

Does Braunemon® have side effects?

Braunemon® is a completely safe and non-toxic food supplement. If consumed in the recommended doses, it has no adverse side effects. People who take Braunemon for a long time will notice a yellow discoloration of the skin. This is a completely natural process of loading carotenoids into the upper layers of the skin, which is completely safe and harmless to health. If this process is undesirable, simply reduce the amount or stop taking Braunemon® for a few days and the discoloration will quickly disappear.

Why is it recommended to use Braunemon® even in winter?Taking Braunemon® in winter is recommended for the same reason as using Braunemon® in bad weather and during seemingly low-intensity sun exposure in the morning and evening. The intensity of UVB rays is much lower in winter than in summer, but the intensity of UVA sun rays remains almost unchanged. Although there will be no sunburn, these periods are dangerous for the health of the skin, as the damage is usually not noticeable. Such cases of seemingly harmless exposure to the sun’s rays can make a significant contribution to the overall damage to your skin and its aging.

How and when should I use Braunemon®?

Braunemon® is designed to help the skin’s natural defenses against the destructive effects of UVA and UVB radiation. You can use it whenever you plan on exposing your body to the sun to help your skin’s natural defenses. For best results, enjoy Braunemon® every day, even if you are not directly exposed to sunlight. With regular consumption, your skin will be ready for the moment when it will be exposed to the sun. Braunemon® is especially recommended to be taken daily at least 2-3 weeks before the expected longer exposure to the sun (holidays), as the accumulation of active substances in the skin will maximize its action. Take the recommended daily dose (1 capsule) with liquid. To maintain a beautiful tan, we recommend using it even after a period of intense sunbathing.
