Cancelations and Returns

The consumer has the right to inform the company (using contact e-mail address within 15 days of receiving the goods, the intention to return the goods, without having to state the reason for his decision. The buyer covers the costs of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to us no later than 30 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract (purchase). Goods received must be returned undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging and in the same quantity, unless the goods have been destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased without the consumer’s fault.

When returning the goods, the full payment will be refunded, but not the amount of packaging and delivery. For the customer who used free delivery for the purchase, the refund will be reduced by the value of delivery valid on the day of return. Refund of the purchase price will be made as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days of receipt of notice of withdrawal from the contract. The refund of the purchase price is made in the same transactional way as used by the buyer.
