Delivery, method of payment, delivery costs
All products are sent via GLS Slovenia (hereinafter: the supplier) to the customer’s address specified in the order.

The courier delivers the ordered goods to the addressee in person at the address chosen by the buyer as the place of collection. The purchase price with delivery costs is paid by the buyer to the delivery person. Payment of the purchase price is possible with cash or payment card (Visa, Mastercard, BA, Maestro).

The cost of delivery is EUR 3.95 for an individual order for purchases under EUR 35, and for purchases over EUR 35 or more, delivery costs (packaging, packaging, transport, postage) are borne by the provider. The buyer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract by notifying the provider in writing to the e-mail address within 15 days of receiving the goods that he withdraws from the contract without having to state the reason for his decision. A message is considered timely if delivered within the deadline. The buyer must then, no later than 30 days after the notice of withdrawal from the contract, return the goods originally packaged, in the same quantity and undamaged and not yet used to the company Jata Emona d.o.o. to the address Agrokombinatska 84, 1000 Ljubljana. The cost of returning the goods is paid in full by the buyer. Redemption shipments are not accepted by the provider.

Refund of purchase price
If the buyer withdraws from the order, the provider shall return all received payments in accordance with the law after receiving the goods and finding that it is undamaged, in the same quantity and not yet used. The costs of returning the goods upon withdrawal from the order are borne by the buyer. The bidder shall return the money as soon as possible, but no later than within 15 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal from the order and the return of the goods. When returning the goods, the buyer is obliged to submit an invoice for the goods and send personal data and personal invoice to where he wants the payment to be returned.
